This pivotal decision, made alongside her (now late) husband Minh, has proven to be the highlight of her life, culminating in over three decades of successful stewardship at Petite Sorbonne Preschool.

Renowned throughout the community for her unparalleled expertise in childhood development, June is celebrated not only for her deep knowledge but also for her innate gift of patience and genuine passion for working with children. Her unwavering dedication is driven by a profound commitment to fostering the potential of every child under her care. With a nurturing approach, she skillfully guides young minds toward growth and achievement within an enriching educational environment, leaving a lasting impact on each child's journey toward success. 

Since joining Teacher June and Teacher Minh at Petite Sorbonne Preschool, Vanessa has dedicated over 25+ years to nurturing children. Her commitment shines through in every aspect of her work, striving to provide the best education possible and foster growth in her young students. Vanessa's vibrant personality is a true reflection of her passion for children, finding immense joy and fulfillment in the meaningful interactions she shares with them every day.

Beyond her role in the classroom, Vanessa takes on the responsibility of managing the Scholastic Book Orders for Petite Sorbonne Preschool. As an avid reader herself, she hopes to ignite a love for books in her students, aiming to instill a lifelong appreciation for reading from a young age.

A proud native of the Bay Area, Vanessa is a devoted Giants fan, often seen donning the team's iconic orange and black attire to show her support. Her enthusiasm extends beyond baseball; she also indulges her love for coffee, chocolate, and all things Disney, embodying a spirited zest for life that enriches her interactions with both children and colleagues alike.

Midori ('98), a proud product of Petite Sorbonne Preschool's nurturing teachings and philosophy, embodies a deep connection to the program her parents, Teacher June and Teacher Minh, have cultivated. Over the years, she has seamlessly transitioned from a tiny preschooler to a pivotal figure in the school's administration. With a comprehensive understanding of every facet of Petite Sorbonne Preschool, Midori plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of its daily affairs.

Beyond her dedicated work at the preschool, Midori's passions and interests are as diverse as they are vibrant. She is celebrated among friends and colleagues as a connoisseur of milk tea and a dedicated enthusiast of puns. At home, she finds joy in the company of her beloved cats. Family and friends hold a special place in her heart, and she cherishes moments spent playing volleyball, exploring video games, and embarking on new adventures through travel. Her keen interest in technology keeps her constantly updated, reflecting her curiosity and openness to discovering new experiences in all aspects of life.

Ryota ('00) has been a longtime teacher's assistant at Petite Sorbonne Preschool. Inspired by PSP's curriculum and philosophies, he embraces a youthful mentality, which fuels his never ending passion to serving and helping others. He has been an asset to the team, working well with not only amongst staff but with our devoted families as well. Known for his exceptional rapport with children, his passion for early childhood education is easily recognized.

When Ryota is not at Petite Sorbonne Preschool, he can be found locally at San Mateo's Totoro Ramen, where he continues to share his warmth and expertise while making an positive impact in the community.

Ramon stands as the unwavering cornerstone of sanitation at Petite Sorbonne Preschool, where his commitment to upholding impeccable standards goes beyond mere cleanliness. With meticulous care, he ensures that every corner of the facility exudes a sense of warmth and professionalism, creating an environment that is consistently welcoming and inviting to all who step through its doors. His tireless dedication and keen attention to detail have made him an essential and irreplaceable presence at PSP, where he is not only respected for his expertise but beloved as a longtime friend.

In addition to his role in maintaining the pristine condition of the premises, Ramon plays a crucial part in ensuring the safety of everyone at PSP, implementing rigorous COVID-19 protocols. His proactive approach to health and safety underscores his deep concern for the well-being of the community he serves. Beyond his daily responsibilities, Ramon's enduring commitment to excellence serves as a shining example within the PSP community, where his contributions extend far beyond the realm of sanitation, shaping the very fabric of its positive and inclusive atmosphere.
